This guide will provide you with the information needed to make the most of your Runescape membership.

Runescape Membership gives you access to many new skills, over 100 extra quests and a much larger world to explore, not to mention the opportunity to create your own house and use the many items assessable only to members. But all of these benefits mean nothing if you don’t make the most of them. Read on to find out how to make the most of your Runescape Membership.

Tip #4- Train New Skills…
One of the major benefits of becoming a member on runescape is that you gain access to many more skills that are not assessable by free players.

These skills are generally not quite as boring as the ones in the free world. Below I have listed three of the main skills and a small description of what they are for.

Skill 1) Summoning.                                                                                                                                             The Summoning skill was only released by Jagex a couple of years ago as skill only available to Runescape members. This particular skill involves using certain pouches to summon different creatures.

Skill 2) Agility.                                                                                                                                                     Agility is another skill only available to members. Agility gives you the ability to move around runescape faster than ever before with the use of various shortcuts and secret passageways.

Skill 3) Slayer.                                                                                                                                                   Slayer is yet another skill only available to members. To train the Slayer skill, you are given assignments to skill a specific quantity a certain creature or monster roaming the lands of Runescape.

Tip #5- Explore and Discover New Areas
When you become a Runescape member you gain access to an extra ¾ of the map, 75% to be exact. When you think about this fact, there is much of the world that you have not yet explored. You also gain access to many new cities and towns. A few of these main cities include, Catherby, the fishing capital of Runescape, Ardougne, a large city perfect for training the thieving skill and Yanille which resembles the city Falador.                                                                                           

So, when you become a member on Runescape be sure to visit all of these unique cities and islands, and try not to hang around the free world, seeing as you aren’t paying for that.

Tip #6- Experience New Money Making Methods and Purchase Member only-items!
This is an absolute must for when you become a member on Runescape. This is because the currency in the Runescape Member world is still money or gold pieces. In the free world you can earn money by working hard and doing numerous tasks like selling wood, ore or other materials but there is no doubt that money making becomes easier when you are a member. You can make teleport tabs, fish for more expensive fish or sell potions and other ingredients.
                                                                                                                                                                                  I think this is because there are many more expensive items only assessable to Runescape members and what’s the point of having all these special items on sale if no one can buy them?

Tip #7- Play and Enjoy New Minigames…
This is another great benefit of becoming a runescape member, gaining accesses to many new minigames which were not accessible before. I must say that this was probably one of my favourite aspects of Runescape membership, being able to go away from the game and play other minigames just for fun or entertainment.

A few examples of these minigames which are only open to Runescape members are listed below:
Pest Control, which is a minigame set on an island where you can help the void Knights beat back invading monsters in the name of Guthix.                                                                                                                    Castle Wars, where you battle it out in the name of the two gods, Saradomin and Zamorak for control of the area.
